How you pay
Every account pays by card for now. We charge the fee and your usage to the card, and send the invoice by email. You cancel the agreement by email to support@sendora.se.
We approve every account by hand before it may deliver email. A test server works before then. Once the account is approved, delivery starts with the first payment.
Questions and answers
- What is transactional email?
- Email that your system sends because the recipient has done something or has a relationship with your organisation. It can be a receipt, an invoice, a sign-in link or an appointment notice. The recipient expects the email. Acceptable use
- What is a broadcast?
- The same email to many recipients who have asked for it, such as a newsletter or service information for every customer. Each recipient gets their own link to unsubscribe. Broadcasts are sent from their own IP addresses and have their own suppression list. Acceptable use
- Do we get a data processing agreement?
- Yes. It is part of the agreement, which is in force from when the account is created. Data processing agreement

- The content is kept for 30 days after the message was sent. The log, with recipients and events, is kept for 13 months. Data processing agreement, section 6
- Can we test without anything being sent?
- Yes. A test server accepts email, logs it and sends webhooks as a live server does, but delivers nothing. It works as soon as the account is created, before we have approved it and before the first payment. Email from test servers is not charged and has its own monthly limit. Test servers
- Why is every account approved by hand?
- Before the account may deliver email, we read what it will send and how it gets its recipients' addresses. That protects delivery for every customer. Acceptable use
